One on One Coaching

We schedule weekly one-hour, private, 1-on-1 virtual calls with you and your coach. 


We require that you commit to 6-months up-front. After the 6-month commitment, you can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice.


The reason why we require a 6-month commitment is because coaching is intensive work requiring lots of self-reflection. It is similar to peeling the layers of an onion – ultimately, it takes time to change.


The slower you go, the longer the change will stay and remain with you.

Coaching Process

Our coaching process starts with your current situation and takes you through the following curriculum. ​

  1. What is your current situation? Why now? Why change?

  2. Uncover your daily habits – what is your current way of being?

  3. Who do you want to be? What does your ideal self feel like?

  4. Create a space in your home for reflection.

  5. Breaking the cycle of hoarding and starting to take new actions and living your ideal life. Living a new way of being.

  6. Cycle of development (see Secondo emails)

NOTE: ONE action step will be assigned at the end of each call.
